Substance abuse treatment and assessment for youth. Outpatient services only.
Additional Information: Initial urine analysis done at assessment. Tests for 7 substances and offers a 96 hour alcohol test. Need to come in and fill out paperwork and make payment prior to setting an appointment which takes about 1 ½ hours. The actual assessment takes 2 hours. Need to bring the court order, a WSP background report, and 4 collateral contacts. There will also be 4 weekly, random urine analyses after assessment.

Cost: No fees if client: has medical coupon or qualifies as low-income. Some insurance accepted. Otherwise, if client has public defender, the cost for an assessment is $90; if client has a private attorney, the cost is $130.
Additional Info: Adult women can get assessment, CPS expanded assessment, DUI assessment, urinalysis, outpatient treatment, onsite childcare, and community referrals when appropriate. Client can be seen within 24 hours and walk-in hours are all day every Wednesday or any other weekday 1-3:30pm.
