Cost: The standard 5 substances detection is $28.50, 10 substances detection is $38.50.
There is an additional $5 fee for adulterant detection.
Additional Information: Alcohol and drug testing. Court admissible results. Random urine analysis is offered. Monitored urine analysis is offered for males, in lieu of monitored urine analysis for females, saliva and hair follicle testing can be arranged. Cheek sampling also offered. They also offer paternity tests, DNA tests, pre-employment testing, and background checks.

Additional Information: Business Health Link is walk-in clinic (be there by 3:30pm for walk in). Services provided by experienced, trained technicians include:
• In-clinic and on-site collections for employer-sponsored testing
• Employer drug-policy development and supervisory training
• Confidential in-clinic screening for individuals on a self-pay basis
• Instant alcohol breath analysis results
• Rapid results on drug analysis provided by a local lab that has been certified by the
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
• Testing for license applications and renewals under the Federal Aviation Administration,
Federal Highway Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard
• Medical review officer services on Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT
drug screens

Cost: 5 panel test is $35, cost increases with panel size; 5 panel plus alternate opiate is $40; 5 panel plus alternate amphetamine is $42; 5 panel including the alternate opiate and the alternate amphetamine is $48. Breath alcohol testing is $25 and no charge for confirmation test. Prices are subject to change.
Additional Information: All tests are observed, but not random. Need to bring information for report release. Medical Review Officer (MRO) is available for $10 or $30.
